Founded as Dalal & Shah Fiscal Services in a small 12x10 office, initially focusing on fixed-income products like NSC, PPF, LIC, and UTI.

Introduced direct and tax-free bonds, became a market maker for Unit ’64 and Relief Bonds, and were among the first to offer Kothari Pioneer (joint venture with Franklin Templeton) mutual funds to retail investors in India. (Franklin Templeton acquired Kothari Pioneer AMC in 2002)

Continued growth by offering NBFC yield-curve strategies and expanding equity brokerage for HNI clients. We pioneered entry into Private Mutual Funds by securing the first Franklin Templeton agency code in Gujarat and proudly submitting the first two investor applications from Gujarat. Became one of Ahmedabad’s largest mutual fund distributors and introduced ETFs like Benchmark BEES.

With the privatisation of the Indian insurance sector initiated by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) in 2000, we strategically shifted focus to HNI and MNI clients, recognising emerging opportunities in private insurance. It expanded significantly in life insurance, and began long-term associations with Birla Sun Life Insurance.

Began collaboration with Reliance Life Insurance. Under Kaushal Dalal’s leadership, the Gujarat IRDA agent network was built from the ground up, recruiting more than 8000 IRDA agents. Served as Channel Development Advisor and ranked among the top contributors at Reliance Life.

Strengthened client relationships and built strong affiliations with Tata AIA, HDFC Life, Aditya Birla Sunlife (Since 2002), and Bajaj Allianz over a period of time.
